Pricing of Products

Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable shipping charges. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Should we reduce the price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.

Delivery Charges in South Africa

Your shipping charge will be calculated as follows: 

0 - 1Kg R60
1 - 2Kg R80
2 - 3Kg R100

Larger parcels will be shipped with a courier company and charged accordingly

Delivery Schedule

We will begin processing your order once we have received full payment.
Lead-time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day, provided payment is validated/received before 14h00. Orders placed on Public Holidays, Saturdays after 10h00 and Sundays will be processed on the next working day. Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. International orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the courier services available for that specific country. If you have an urgent order, please contact us to confirm stock in our stores.

Delays

Every effort is made to ship orders right away, however unforeseen circumstances occasionally cause delays. Should there be a delay we will contact you via email and provide you with a revised shipping schedule.

Cancellation of Order

If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase, you must advise us telephonically within one hour of placing your order. Please note that you will be liable for a 15 % handling fee.

Returning a Product

If you are not satisfied with your purchases and would like a refund, the goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 7 calendar days. If you are based in South Africa, we recommend that you use the post office Speed Services Couriers for all returns, as they offer shipment tracking through a 24-hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then unfortunately no refund can be considered. International customers should make use of a courier that offers shipment tracking as well as insurance, as any loss or damage will be for your account.

Refunds

Refunds are made after receipt of the returned product and after the product has been inspected for negligent or destructive use. In the case that we find that the item has been damaged due to negligence or destructive use, you will not be refunded and the item will be returned to you on your costs. Delivery charges are not refundable.
